Is shipping really free?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing; international delivery takes 7–20 business days depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and many other countries. International orders may be subject to local customs duties.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details, or contact us to start a return.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — all Renuo devices are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us right away with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't pay return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Products

Are your devices safe?
Our devices use technologies widely used in professional spa and clinical settings — red and infrared light, microcurrent, and percussive massage. Always read the included instructions before first use. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or use a pacemaker or other implanted device, consult your physician first.

How soon will I see results?
It varies by product and person. Light therapy and microcurrent devices are designed for consistent use over weeks — most guidance suggests using them several times per week for at least 4–8 weeks. Recovery tools like massage guns provide immediate relief.

Are these medical devices?
No. Renuo products are personal wellness and cosmetic devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout — we never see or store your card details.
