<p>We want you to love your Renuo Wellness device. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within <strong>30 days of delivery</strong> for a full refund.</p>
<h3>Return Eligibility</h3>

<li>Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.</li>
<li>Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.</li>
<li>For hygiene reasons, devices that come into direct contact with skin (such as facial masks and pore vacuums) must be unopened or show no signs of use.</li>
<li>A receipt or proof of purchase is required.</li>

<h3>How to Start a Return</h3>
<p>To begin a return, contact us through our <a href="/pages/contact">Contact page</a> with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.</p>
<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.</p>
<h3>Damaged or Defective Items</h3>
<p>Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required in these cases.</p>

<p>The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.</p>
